The first one

During the July 4th weekend of 2009 I was exploring the interwebz and came across a site called marksdailyapple.com. I can’t remember the exact post I landed on but it was interesting and it reminded me of The Zone diet, of which I was a proponent but hadn’t been following. I started reading through the archives on Mark’s site and became converted. It made so much sense. So I thought I’d give it a try.
